    A Nigerian lady expressed dissatisfaction after sharing the extensive rules and regulations her landlord imposed on the tenants.

    Sharing on TikTok, the lady @ajoke_pairs posted an image of the boldly typed rules and regulations, that every tenant must abide by.

    The landlord’s regulations addressed tenancy-related matters, such as maintaining cleanliness, adhering to strict noise restrictions, and following thorough visitor procedures.

    Some rules also address property maintenance and responsibilities to maintain the compound’s cleanliness.

    Given the rules, TikTok users questioned whether the lady resides in a face-to-face apartment.
