    President John Dramani Mahama’s inauguration on January 7, 2024, was a grand affair attended by numerous dignitaries and personalities from around the world.

    From politicians both within and outside Ghana, to celebrities, many gathered to celebrate the occasion.

    Among the guests were popular Nigerian actress, Regina Daniels, and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, who were spotted at the inauguration ceremony.

    Trending videos on social media later showed them paying a courtesy call on the president at his residence after the inauguration.

    In the video, Senator Nwoko and Regina Daniels, both dressed in white, were seen exchanging pleasantries and congratulating the president.

    Other prominent attendees to the inauguration included Nigerian President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu; Sierra Leone President Julius Maada Bio; and Kenyan President William Ruto.

    Delegations from the European Union, the United States, the United Kingdom, and global organisations like the Commonwealth and the African Development Bank (AfDB) were also present.

    The event, which took place at the Black Star Square in Accra, featured a vibrant atmosphere with cultural performances and a display of Ghanaian pride.

    President Mahama delivered an inspiring inaugural address, emphasising the importance of innovation, inclusivity, and strengthening ties with neighbouring countries.
