Black Stars Head Coach, Otto Addo, and Goalkeepers’ Trainer, Fatau Dauda, were present at the training grounds where the Black Galaxies are preparing for their game against Nigeria in the CHAN qualifiers.

The two coaches were engaging in a conversation as they showed up to support the team and scout for players who will impress for the national team.

The Black Galaxies will take on Nigeria in the first leg of the Championship of African Nations (CHAN) tournament at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, December 22, 2024, at 4pm local time.

The team will return to play the second leg in Nigeria on December 28, 2024, with the winner progressing to the main competition.

Head coach of the team, Mas-Ud Didi Dramani, has announced his 26-man squad and noted that they are well prepared for the clash against Nigeria.

The CHAN tournament, set to take place in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania in 2025, will see Ghana and Nigeria meet for the second consecutive time in the competition, after Ghana won on penalties two years ago to earn a spot in the last edition.

The Black Galaxies won their friendly match against Togo 1-0 and will be hoping to replicate a similar performance in their final qualifying game against Nigeria.
