'Kwen Kwen' is the NDC's official campaign song composed by Nacee ‘Kwen Kwen’ is the NDC’s official campaign song composed by Nacee

It seems to be a good year for renowned gospel and highlife artiste, Nacee, as his popular song, ‘Kwen Kwen’, has soared to the top of Apple Music Ghana’s Top 100 chart, becoming the number one song in the country

“Kwen Kwen,” which is the National Democratic Congress‘s (NDC) campaign song for the 2024 elections, becomes the first political campaign song to have reached the top position of this prestigious chart.

Nacee’s track climbed 25 spots to claim the top position, surpassing popular hits from artistes like Davido, Black Sherif, and KiDi.

Composed by Nacee, “Kwen Kwen” quickly became the anthem for the NDC’s supporters.

However, the song’s catchy beat and powerful lyrics have resonated with many Ghanaians, not just NDC supporters but all.

Since the NDC’s victory in the December 7th election, the song has dominated airwaves and fueled nationwide celebrations.
