Locals of a quiet Southern California neighborhood in Los Angeles say they are living in fear as their constantly naked neighbor allegedly spews hours-long demonic rants and hurls threats and slurs at anyone who dares to walk by his house.
Residents of the Reseda neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley told Fox 11 that hundreds of calls have been made to police about a man, whom locals identified as Greg.
Since Greg moved into the Garden Grove home in 2022, neighbors claim he regularly exposes himself from an upstairs window as he viciously harasses them.
‘We hear him all through the night. Two, three in the morning,’ said neighbor Susie Nelson to the outlet.
‘He says he’s going to kill people with a knife, he says he’s gonna shoot people.’
Nelson added that the police said that there isn’t anything they can do following an incident on Thursday where the naked man was not taken into custody.
‘They just start citing all these codes and laws that they can’t do anything. There’s nothing they can do,’ she said.
Jozef Peter, another neighbor, claimed that the community has contacted the police 209 times, and no action is ever taken.

Aside from the alleged harassment, the community is tormented by seemingly endless rants, said Anthony Gray to CBS: ‘[He goes on] 12-to-16-hour like, just absolute rants.’
‘And it’s like they’re almost demonic rants.’
As Greg appeared to be naked in his second-floor window, Fox 11 questioned him about his alleged behavior, to which he replied: ‘I’m the Messiah, I’m trying to save them… From death.’
The reporter yelled back that the naked man wasn’t being a good neighbor, and Greg claimed that his community was at fault as well: ‘God says love all creation, they do not love all creation.’
There are no confirmed reports of whether the man suffers from mental illness.
In another interaction with the media, Greg yelled at the CBS LA photographer: ‘Bearing false witness again. That’s why God kills journalists.’

Eduardo Pulido, another local, told Fox 11 that the police are waiting for Greg to ‘finally break’ and hurt someone before they step in to do something.
According to the outlet, the community is lobbying for a permanent solution before Greg’s alleged threats materialize into something more serious.
The Daily Mail has reached out to the Los Angeles Police Department for comment.
