Newly appointed Board Chairman of Asante Kotoko, James Osei Brown, has met the club’s playing body and technical team for the first time, assuring them of his full support ahead of their upcoming Ghana Premier League fixture against Nations FC.

The meeting took place on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, during the team’s training session at Adako Jachie. Interim Management Committee Chairman Nana Apinkra Akwasi Awua formally introduced the squad and technical team to the new board chairman.

Addressing the players and staff, Osei Brown reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the team both on and off the pitch. He urged the squad to remain focused and determined as they prepare for their next league assignment.

The visit is seen as a key step in strengthening ties between the club’s new leadership and the playing body, as Kotoko seek to build momentum in the ongoing season.

The Porcupine Warriors will now shift attention to Sunday’s clash against Nations FC, boosted by renewed confidence following the chairman’s engagement.
