Head coach of Asante Kotoko, Prince Owusu, has said he is fully aware of growing calls from sections of the club’s supporters for his dismissal, but maintains that such a decision ultimately lies in the hands of the new Board.
Speaking after recent results that have left fans frustrated, Owusu admitted he understands the concerns of the Porcupine Warriors.
However, he stressed that his focus remains on improving the team’s performances rather than dwelling on external pressure.

“As a coach, you know that when results don’t go your way, people will talk. That is part of the job,” he indicated.
Despite Kotoko’s inconsistent run in the league, Owusu struck an optimistic tone about their chances in the Ghana Premier League title race.
He believes the competition remains open and insists his side still has what it takes to challenge for the crown.
