The 2026 Grammy Awards brought together the year’s biggest artistes at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 1, to celebrate one another’s achievements and enjoy a night of standout performances.

From Sabrina Carpenter and Justin Bieber to Lady Gaga, Clipse, and Tyler, The Creator, the ceremony featured a dynamic showcase of talent across genres.

The Recording Academy also continued its recent tradition of inviting all Best New Artist nominees to participate in a live medley.

This year’s performance featured category winner Olivia Dean alongside Leon Thomas, Lola Young, Alex Warren, Addison Rae, Sombr, KATSEYE, and The Marías.

Let’s take a look at some of the top interesting performances at the Grammys below:

    Alex Warren, “Ordinary”

Ballads at awards shows can be tough, but they tend to land when they serve to uplift, and Alex Warren was literally lifted toward the end of his breakout smash (and Billboard Hot 100 champ) “Ordinary.”

With his eyes to the ceiling, Warren seemed deeply moved by the experience, and the audience, with their phone lights aloft, seemed to agree.

Unfortunately, he struggled with audio issues throughout; after the show, he posted a video to Instagram about his earpiece not functioning.

    Justin Bieber, “Yukon”

Justin Bieber brought a revealing performance of “Yukon” to the Grammys stage. Literally.

Shirtless and pants-less, Bieber was wearing just boxer shorts and socks as he ambled out on stage, strumming an acoustic guitar and singing the meditative SWAG ballad.

He let a loop pedal take over most of the instrumentation after that and focused on his voice, which was astonishingly rich and strong.

Given that the album version features sped-up vocals on “Yukon,” here’s hoping we get an official release of this performance.

    Bruno Mars & Rosé, “APT.”

Opening the Grammys can go one of two ways: You either promptly fade into the background, or you nab the spotlight and set a high bar for the rest of the night. Bruno Mars and Rosé handily accomplished the latter with a raucous rock take on their smash duet “APT.” that started at 11 and didn’t let up.

With Rosé channeling Avril Lavigne’s stomping pop-punk stage energy (not to mention her look) and Mars riffing on an electric guitar like he was auditioning for Van Halen, it was a surprising (and surprisingly successful) reimagining of the pop heater and a wildly entertaining Grammy opener.

    Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga never half-steps her awards show performances, and the rocked-up run through her 2025 smash hit “Abracadabra” at the Grammy Awards was no exception.

Shouting, “Grammy Awards, put your paws up!” in a call to arms to Little Monsters in the house at L.A.’s Crypto.com Arena and at home, Gaga kicked things off with peak energy while wearing one of her one-of-a-kind costumes, this one consisting of a black, basketlike helmet with red strings shooting out of the caged opening in front.
