Aba Dope is a social media personality and an entrepreneur
Social media influencer and entrepreneur, Aba Dope, has stated that body enhancement creams do not produce the results many sellers claim.
She argued that people should be honest about undergoing liposuction instead of attributing their curves to such products.
Speaking in an interview on TV3 on December 8, 2025, Aba Dope recounted her own experience with enhancement creams during her time in nursing school.
“When I was in nursing school, there was a body enhancement cream seller I bought from. I saw her post reviews on Instagram so I thought they worked,” she said.

She explained that back then, liposuction existed but was not widely discussed or openly acknowledged, leading many young women to rely heavily on creams marketed online.
“Those times, we didn’t have it in our minds that we’d have to do liposuction. Even though it was there, it wasn’t out there for people to know it’s real. The only things people used to buy were the enhancement creams,” she shared.
She stressed, “I’m a living testimony. I bought some in school but it didn’t work.”
Aba Dope noted that many individuals feel ashamed or fearful of being judged for undergoing cosmetic procedures, and therefore prefer to claim they used enhancement creams.
“I feel people don’t want to admit they did liposuction because they’re scared they will be judged. Some would rather lie that they used the buttocks enhancement products and mislead people,” she added.
