Ghanaian singer Olivetheboy has shared his views on love, saying he no longer believes people can truly find it.

Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM on December 1, 2025, the singer admitted that although he sees himself as a “lover boy,” his current perspective on love has changed drastically over time.

According to him, people may find partners, but that does not necessarily translate into finding love.

Most of my support comes from Nigeria – Olivetheboy

“I’m a lover boy though. I don’t think anyone can find love. You can find someone, but not love, especially for people like me,” Olivetheboy, known for his romantic songs, stated.

He explained that many of his hit love songs are drawn from past experiences rather than his present emotional state.

“The truth is, most of the love songs I write are not really from present times. Most of them are from my experiences before now. If they’re like lovely, I love deep but not anymore,” he added.
