A female police officer in Ghana reveals the humble reality of her home life, where her profession holds no special status.

Sharing on TikTok, the police officer @jennyluv9 wrote in the caption that she was mandated to do household chores because her family doesn’t respect her profession at home.

Many professionals who are leaders or high-ranking officials in their field have shared their duties at home in response to the viral video, which has garnered a lot of attention online.

As shown in the video, @jennyluv9 had a large bowl of water on her head and appeared to be returning from a water pump.

The majority of African parents don’t care about their child’s career when their role at work differs from their responsibilities at home.
