Afrobeat singer Mr. Eazi pays emotional tribute as he mourns the passing of his beloved mother, Ifeoma Edith Ajibade.

The singer posted a picture of himself and his mother on Instagram, showing a sweet mother-son moment.

    He wrote,

“Thank you, Mummy For your strength, your sacrifices, your unwavering faith. For raising us with love, discipline, and devotion to God. For teaching me confidence, entrepreneurship, forgiveness, and family. You were my greatest protector, my toughest critic, and truest Fan . You were not perfect, but you were perfect to me. Your legacy lives on. Rest well, Ifeoma Edith Ajibade. 🤍”

In the tribute, Eazi expresses gratitude for his mother’s strength and persistent support, especially for training him and his brothers with love, discipline, and faith.

She was both his greatest critic and his biggest admirer, he said.
