    Nigerian actress Opeyemi Aiyeola has slammed her colleague, Eniola Badmus, over a shady comment she left on one of her posts.

    Opeyemi, in a video shared on Instagram, referred to Eniola Badmus as an ‘animal, emphasizing that she, of all people, should not be body-shaming others.

    Eniola Badmus had commented, ‘Opeyemi, where is your hair?‘ under one of her posts, which riled the actress up, especially since they are neither friends nor close.

    Opeyemi expressed that, given Eniola Badmus’s own history of being ridiculed for her body size, she should not mock others dealing with their own insecurities.

    “This life stream is for Eniola Badmus. Eniola, it shouldn’t have been you because you used to be an image of ridicule and body shaming on social media. To think you have experienced the pain of body shaming! You have never helped in promoting anything that has to do with me, and you rarely comment on my videos or interact with anything that has to do with me. For you to come under my post and drop this comment, you are an animal. What exactly is funny, Eniola you think you’re beautiful? You are ignorant. I don’t even know you exist; we don’t associate with each other.”

    While some felt the actress overreacted, others showed support for her, stating that her feelings are valid and that Eniola’s comment was out of line.

    Below are some of the comments;

    “There is nobody that supports APC that can still be sensible. I’m not surprised with the comment of her (Wule bantu).“

    “Babe I was just joking with you and heaven sees my heart that it’s coming from a place of love and based on our relationship but if you find it offensive no vex.”

    “its obvious the commenter is joking, but the fact that she doesn’t interract with her will make it seem like body shaming. i can feel her pain, alopecia is not a good thing to deal with. even my mum of 60+ e dey pain her oh, its not a thing to joke with”
