Ghanaian massage therapist, Ransford Afari, has shared his opinion on how some women are often quick to complain about the performance of men in the bedroom.

In a discussion on GhOne TV shared on March 25, 2025, Ransford Afari noted that some women who complain about the sexual prowess of their partners mostly do not last longer themselves.

He explained that women often struggle to last more than 5 minutes when on top of men during sexual intercourse.

“Women don’t have that energy that men do. Sometimes women will complain that men have ejaculation within 2 to 3 minutes during penetration. Switch and let them be on top and you can see that they won’t last within 5 minutes, and they are panting,” he said.

He further stated that women do not need more than 10 minutes to reach orgasm.

“You don’t need more than 10 minutes to get a cervical orgasm. Once you have labial orgasm you start to diminish in straight,” he stated.

He added, “Sex is not easy so once you have been able to stimulate yourself with oral and have one or two orgasms the third will just follow because of early stimulation and all you need is less than 5 minutes.”
