A lady recently took to the internet to share the surprising amount of money she was charged at a salon for a simple ‘packing gel’ hairstyle.

The staggering amount quickly caught attention online for all the mixed and unexpected reasons.

According to the video, she paid a whopping sum of ₦316,340.00 naira for what could be described as a very basic look.

The hairstyle featured a sleek gel-updo using standard packed hair, with no closure, lace frontal, or elaborate styling involved.

Social media users flooded the comments with mixed reactions, some sympathizing with her for possibly being overcharged, while others questioned her decision to pay without asking for a proper breakdown.
