Piers Morgan is a staunch Arsenal fan
Popular British media personality, Piers Morgan, has urged Arsenal to win the 2025/2026 Premier League to silence their critics.
He lamented that the club has been subjected to public ridicule by football fans for the past 20 years due to inconsistent performances and finishing second in the Premier League on different occasions.
The staunch Arsenal supporter stated that with the current quality and squad depth the team possesses, now is the right time to win a major title and put their rivals to shame.

“Please, please, just, just win the league. Just shut up all our rivals. Just give me something. For 21, nearly 22 years now, it’s been a torment. Exacerbated by the fact the last three years we’ve been the bridesmaid three times, but never the bride when we should have been. Now we can taste it.
“Now we can feel it. Now we have got the wedding dress. Now we assume we’ve got the best chance ever to be the bride. And my message to Arsenal is, please, please, just, just win the league. Because it’s the best chance we’ve got,” Piers Morgan told Sky Sports.
He further urged the players to write their names in the history books.
“I’ll tell you what I would say. This is the best squad I’ve ever known Arsenal to have in my entire life supporting them. I’ve never seen a better squad in terms of depth. And I think in terms of certain players, Saka, Declan Rice, Saliba, Gabriel, Raya, maybe some others. We could have players who end up being Arsenal legends. Some are well on the way already,” he added.
Arsenal have been in blistering form in the 2025/2026 season, leading the Premier League with 30 points after 13 matches and holding a decent record in the Champions League.
