Ghanaian dancehall musician Shatta Wale has shared details of a disappointing incident involving him and Ghanaian disc jockey DJ Slim.

In an interview on Fakye Showbiz on November 24, 2024, Shatta Wale disclosed that DJ Slim made an unsatisfactory comment about him during a radio show, which led him to block both DJ Slim and MC Portfolio on social media.

As a result of the disrespect, Shatta Wale, revisiting the incident in the presence of MC Portfolio, one of the people he had blocked, declared that he would never mention the other person, DJ Slim’s name, ever again.

“I had already blocked your (MC Portfolio’s) account and that of Slim, so I was surprised when you noticed I had blocked you. I don’t want to mention Slim’s name until God comes because of the interview you guys did some time ago where he insulted me badly. When I listened to it, I got hurt and decided to block both of you,” Shatta explained.

Shatta Wale also clarified that he has no issues with Stonebwoy, despite their numerous feuds witnessed on social media.

According to Shatta, he cannot understand why some people are pitting him against Stonebwoy and even insisting that they are enemies.

“You people are the reason why Stonebwoy feels I am his enemy. I don’t know what problem we have. Recently, I was in a meeting, and someone asked me about the feud between me and Stonebwoy, and I told him I had no idea. What they’ve done to Stonebwoy is the same thing they want to do to Black Sherif,” he stated.
