Ghanaian Kumawood actor Kwaku Manu has expressed frustration amid the ongoing tensions between the United States and Iran.

In a video shared on Instagram and sighted by GhanaWeb on March 1, 2026, the actor, who is currently in Dubai, expressed regret over travelling to the country after reports that some missiles fired during the conflict landed in parts of the United Arab Emirates.

According to the Kumawood actor, who travelled to Dubai to purchase perfumes for his business, he wished he had not made the trip.

“I came here to look for something to eat, but why did I even come here in the first place? I came to buy perfumes. I received a message this morning telling us to seek immediate shelter,” he said.

He, however, expressed optimism, stating that despite the ongoing exchanges between the two countries, he believes he will be safe.

“I am sure everything will be okay by the grace of God. Nothing will happen to me. This is my first time receiving such a message,” he added.
