WASSCE 2025 candidates can expect their results to be released around Monday, 18 November 2025. This follows WAEC’s consistent post-examination timeline, which typically sees results published about three weeks after the completion of the marking phase.

    Marking and Verification Progress

The 2025 WASSCE examinations ended in September, and the marking process was completed on 25 October 2025. Hundreds of examiners across the country worked at various marking centres to assess scripts, followed by supervisors vetting all papers.

WAEC is now in the final stage—post-marking verification, which involves cross-checking marks, statistical analysis, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy. This stage often takes two to four weeks, meaning results are expected to be ready for release in mid-November unless unforeseen delays occur.

Candidates can stay informed by dialing *789*444# from any network for verified updates on the result release and other exam-related announcements.

How to Get a WASSCE Results Checker

To check your results when they are released, you will need a WASSCE Results Checker—a digital or printed voucher containing a Serial Number and PIN. Each voucher can be used up to three times for the same set of results.

You can easily buy a WASSCE Results Checker through any of these shortcodes:

*899*550# — Instant purchase using Mobile Money

*789*444# — For result updates and voucher access

*790*024# — Alternate option for buying a checker

You can also buy from Ghana Post offices or WAEC district and regional offices nationwide.

How to Check Your WASSCE Results

Once WAEC officially releases the results:

    Visit ghana.waecdirect.org.

Enter your Index Number and select WASSCE (School).

    Choose the exam year (2025).

Enter your Serial Number and PIN.

Submit to view your results, then print or save a copy.

WAEC has advised candidates to rely only on verified channels for updates and to disregard unofficial release dates or rumors on social media.

In summary, WASSCE 2025 results are expected in mid-November, with *899*550#, *789*444#, and *790*024# available for buying checkers as soon as the results go live.
