Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) from the Western Region have paid a courtesy call on the Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe, widely celebrated as “Amenfi Yaa Asantewaa” and “Obaanaaa,” in recognition of her unwavering commitment to the region’s progress.

The delegation expressed deep appreciation for the MP’s tireless efforts in promoting development and unity across the Western Region. Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe warmly welcomed the MMDCEs and encouraged them to uphold the President’s code of conduct, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in strengthening Ghana’s democratic structures.

She assured them of her full support in building a vibrant and prosperous region, stating that her leadership remains anchored in accessibility, inclusiveness, and results-driven governance.

In response, the MMDCEs praised Hon. Joana’s steadfast dedication and principled leadership, acknowledging the significant impact she continues to make. Her open-door policy and dependable nature, they noted, have made her a key pillar in the region’s developmental agenda.

Hon. Joana reaffirmed her commitment to partnering with all relevant stakeholders, including the MMDCEs, to sustain momentum and accelerate socio-economic transformation across the Western Region.
