Hearts of Oak prepare for a tough battle against Berekum Chelsea in match-day 23 of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday, February 22, at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The Phobians head into the fixture on the back of an important win over their fierce rivals Asante Kotoko last week in the final Super-Clash of the 2025/26 season.

Coach Didi Dramani has stressed that despite the morale-boosting victory in the Accra derby, the upcoming clash will not easy task. He further described Berekum Chelsea as a well-organised team that always makes life difficult for opponents, especially on the road.

“We are coming up against a compact and very defensively oriented side against Berekum Chelsea.

“If you see where they sit on the League log, it will be a demanding game, but we will work to ensure we will, but we are aware of what they can do on the day.

“I’ll call on the fans to come in their numbers to fill the stadium and support the team,” he added.

With both teams expected to name strong line-ups and no major injury concerns reported, the stage is set for an entertaining encounter.

Hearts of Oak are currently sitting in third position with 39 points after 22 matches, five above top-spot.
