Ghanaian singer Wendy Shay has thrown her support behind independent parliamentary candidate, Ohene Kwame Frimpong.

On November 2, 2024, Ohene Kwame Frimpong organised a health walk for the electorate in the Asante Akyem North Constituency, where he is running for the parliamentary seat.

In a video sighted by GhanaWeb, the “Break My Waist” hitmaker was wearing a T-shirt of the independent parliamentary candidate while standing on top of a vehicle.

She was also seen with Ohene Kwame Frimpong, singing and happily waving to the electorate in the constituency.
