Holy Stars will look to return to winning ways after failing to win in their last two league matches Holy Stars will look to return to winning ways after failing to win in their last two league matches

Premier League debutants Basake Holy Stars will host Aduana Stars at the AAK II Sports Arena on Sunday, January 19, 2025.

Both teams are separated by four points on the league standings, with the ninth-placed hosts on 21 points while Aduana Stars sit in 12th position.

Holy Stars will look to return to winning ways after failing to win in their last two Premier League matches.

A win would inch them up on the league standings in their quest to retain their top-flight status.

Aduana Stars have still not fully overcome their struggles after recording just one win in their last six matches.

The Fire Boys have also lost just once in their last four matches, which is their only defeat since the arrival of new head coach, Cioba Aristica.

They fell to a narrow defeat at home to Samartex and will aim to bounce back with a win on the road.

Their last win was away to bottom-placed Legon Cities, but Holy Stars are a relatively formidable opponent.

The Dormaa-based side must deploy every weapon in their armory if they want to snatch a win, which could do a lot for their confidence.
