The parents of troubled OnlyFans star Paris Ow-Yang have once again listed their French-style mansion, this time for a cheaper price after unsuccessful attempts to offload it.

Dr Michael Ow-Yang, a neurosurgeon and spine specialist, and his wife Amanda have put their Bowral weekender, the Chateau Blondel, up for sale.

The home was previously listed for $12million but now the property, 117km southwest of Sydney, has a guided valuation of between $9million and $9.9million, after having been on and off the market since 2022.

The four bedroom, three bathroom home on Centennial Road, has been listed through Sotheby’s International.

‘This breathtaking residence, named after renowned 18th-century architect Jacques-Francoise Blondel, rises elegantly from its elevated rural setting, evoking the timeless beauty of the French countryside,’ its listing reads.

‘Designed with both family living and grand entertaining in mind, this near 1000-square-meter home, built in 2000, is a masterpiece of architectural craftsmanship.

‘From the dozens of imported chandeliers to the gleaming granite and marble floors, every inch of the home exudes sophistication and charm.

‘The opulent French-style kitchen and the grand baroque dining room, complete with a five-meter table, are perfect for hosting unforgettable gatherings.’

More than five hectares of property is protected by 300-year-old cast iron carriage gates.

The Ow-Yangs bought the mansion in 2014 for $3.5million.

Paris, 19, made headlines for her own property portfolio earlier this year after she snapped up six renovated apartments in eastern Sydney in April.

All were leased for $810-$1,275 per week, which could provide a total of $6,195 in rental income, per week.

That building contained 14 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and six car spaces, with the upper apartments boasting ocean and district views across Coogee and surrounds.

Paris seemingly confirmed her ownership of the building in a snappy response to The Daily Telegraph, which had earlier reported on a recent video of her riding in a car without a seatbelt.

‘I have an over 15 million dollar property portfolio. While you’re busy writing about me not wearing a seatbelt, I’m buying 7.5 million properties. 7.5 million baby,’ she wrote.

The influencer is currently serving a two-year Community Corrections Order, was caught on video appearing to flout basic road rules during a joyride through Sydney in March.

In footage posted to social media, Paris was seen perched in the passenger seat of a luxury two-seater convertible, smiling alongside two other young women as the car cruised down the street.

While the driver was clearly buckled up, no seatbelt was visible across Paris’ body.

Adding fuel to the fire, the short video was cheekily captioned: ‘Illegal Tuesday.’

It was the latest in a string of public incidents and legal dramas involving the Bondi-based social media sensation.

Paris, a former private school student who attended the prestigious $33,000-a-year Frensham School, has faced mounting scrutiny over her brushes with the law, including a domestic violence rampage and an AVO involving her own family.

Back in October 2023, Paris was charged with high-range drink driving after slamming her $50,000 black Mercedes into another vehicle in the affluent suburb of Point Piper.

She was slapped with a nine-month driving ban, forced to install an alcohol interlock device in her car for two years, and handed a two-year Community Corrections Order.

But that wasn’t the end of her troubles.

In December last year, the OnlyFans starlet made headlines yet again after she was charged with assault and stalking following a domestic violence incident involving her own mother, Amanda Ow-Yang, at the family’s Double Bay apartment.

Court documents revealed the teenage millionaire arrived at her mother’s home drunk, hurling abuse, calling her a ‘s**t’ and threatening to kill herself before trashing the property and embedding two kitchen knives into the floor.

Paris pleaded guilty to assault, stalking and property damage, with a magistrate ordering her to abstain from alcohol for 15 months and comply with mental health treatment.

A two-year apprehended violence order was also imposed to protect her family.

Paris’ legal team have long argued her erratic behaviour stems from ongoing mental health struggles, which she’s battled since her parents’ messy split when she was just 13.

Her solicitor, Michael Bowe, has previously told courts the teen’s highly publicised meltdown last year was the result of binge drinking, heartbreak following the breakdown of a relationship with Sydney nightclub identity Julian Tobias, and ongoing online abuse.

The court heard she was left ‘spiralling out of control’ and unable to cope with her newfound fame.
