Former Black Stars midfielder Michael Essien was spotted dancing to King Paluta’s hit song Aseda during an event.

Essien appeared to be in high spirits, showing off his impressive dance moves while enjoying a wedding celebration in Denmark.

The moment was captured on video and shared on TikTok by Kwadwo Poku, a former Asante Kotoko striker, who was also present at the event and joined Essien on the dance floor. Both retired players are now based in Denmark.

Since retiring from professional football, Michael Essien has pursued a career in coaching. He is currently part of the technical team for Danish first-tier club Nordsjaelland.

The Chelsea legend recently earned his UEFA coaching certificate and expressed his gratitude to everyone who has been part of his journey.

“Finally done with my UEFA certificate in football management journey. Thanks all for the help. I keep learning about the beautiful game.”
