President-elect John Dramani Mahama was at the Bukom Boxing Arena to witness the Ultimate Legacy fight organized by his son, Sharaf Mahama.
The Christmas edition of the Ultimate Legacy fight night was held at the Bukom Boxing Arena on Sunday, December 22, 2024.
John Mahama made a grand entry, with the entire auditorium standing and applauding as he made his way into the arena.
John Mahama exchanged pleasantries with Sharaf Mahama and other guests present before taking his seat to enjoy the array of boxing talents on display.
The fight night saw Bukom Banku’s son, Abu Kamoko, alias Ambitious Tilapia, secure a fifth-round knockout victory over Daniel Bawa.
Olympic Games medalist Samuel Takyi also secured a third-round knockout over Odalai Lamptey in their lightweight contest.
Addressing the crowd, John Dramani Mahama promised to ensure the completion of other projects at the Bukom Boxing Arena.
