Midfielder for Ghana’s U-17 side, the Black Starlets, Theophilus Ayamga, received a rousing standing ovation from his classmates after playing a starring role in OKESS’ triumph at the Ashanti Regional Inter-School Championship.

OKESS defeated SIMMS on penalties to win the 2024 Ashanti Region Milo Games.

Upon his return to school, Ayamga, who played a key role in the victory, was warmly celebrated by his peers.

In the video, the students stood up and applauded as soon as the Black Starlets midfielder entered the classroom.

Ayamga was one of the standout performers in the U-17 WAFU Championship held in Ghana in May 2024.
