Black Stars midfielder Thomas Partey delivered yet another colossal performance against Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League.

After an impressive display in the first leg, he followed it up with a commanding performance in the second, playing a key role in Arsenal’s 2-1 victory at the Santiago Bernabéu on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

The Ghanaian midfielder completed the full 90 minutes and ended the match with 100 percent pass accuracy, making him the most accurate passer on the pitch.

Defensively, Partey recorded three blocks, three clearances, three recoveries, one interception, and won four out of seven ground duels.

Offensively, he completed all 21 of his attempted passes, created one chance, had one shot attempt, made three passes into the final third, and completed his only attempted dribble.

Partey controlled the midfield for Arsenal, dictating the tempo and frustrating the home side with his composure and intelligence on the ball.

Arsenal advanced to the last four of the competition with a 5-1 aggregate scoreline, having won the first leg 3-0. They will face French giants Paris Saint-Germain in the semi-finals.

However, the Gunners will be without Partey for the first leg due to card accumulation.
