The Black Stars of Ghana held their final training session in Libya ahead of their game against the Falcons of Jediane at the Martyrs of February Stadium in Benghazi, Libya, on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

The team, which arrived in Libya on Sunday, got access to the match venue where they trained for the first and final time.

The training exercise began with prayers before Otto Addo shared the importance of the exercise and today’s game with them.

Despite the difficult results in their last three games, morale and confidence seem to be high in camp.

While Otto Addo and the other members of the technical team handled the outfield players, Fatau Dauda dealt with the goalkeepers.

The Black Stars risk missing out on the AFCON for the first time since 2006 if they do not pick up a win in today’s encounter.

Ghana is currently third in Group F with two points from three games and needs a win against Sudan to keep their chances alive.

The group is headed by Angola, who have nine points, with Sudan second on four points.

Ahead of today’s game, coach Otto Addo addressed the press, where he emphasized the importance of victory.

He urged his players to take care of their chances and get a win for Ghana.
