Some Black Stars players showed off their dance moves as the team prepared for their upcoming game against Comoros at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, October 12, 2025.

As has become tradition within the national team, players were called upon to dance while music played to entertain the squad and boost morale.

Real Oviedo midfielder Kwasi Sibo took centre stage, waving his hands and bouncing up and down with a big smile on his face.

Fatawu Issahaku, known for his energetic dance moves and popular TikTok videos, also grooved to Ghanaian musicians Medikal and Shatta Wale’s hit song “Soldier,” earning applause from his teammates.

Medeama SC midfielder Prince Owusu, who received his maiden call-up to the national team, was also made to dance as part of his initiation ritual.

While the players danced, head coach Otto Addo was seen smiling and laughing with his technical staff, clearly enjoying the lively atmosphere.

The Black Stars recently thrashed the Central African Republic 5-0 in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.

They currently lead Group I with 22 points, followed by Madagascar with 19 points, while Mali and Comoros occupy third and fourth positions with 15 points each.

Ghana’s game against Comoros will seal their qualification for the 2026 World Cup if they avoid losing by a margin of nine goals or more.
