Joseph Painstil poses with the MLS Cup after their win
Joseph Paintsil performed his new song, “Blessing,” at LA Galaxy’s victory parade after their MLS Cup win. Paintsil, who combines singing with playing football, released his new single “Blessing” earlier this month and has received plaudits for it.
Notably, the team was seen jamming to the song after their victory over the Seattle Sounders in the MLS Western Conference Cup.
The forward had the chance to perform in front of the crowd during LA Galaxy’s victory parade after they defeated the New York Red Bulls 2-1 on Saturday, December 7, 2024. Paintsil led the team to a record sixth title, scoring LA Galaxy’s first goal in the 2-1 victory.
The rally, which was open to the public, was held at the Health Sports Park’s Legends Plaza and attended by players, coaches, and staff of LA Galaxy.
