    Police have found a man who went missing after allegedly removing his electronic monitoring device. 

    West Australian man Anthony Boccamazzo, 40, was successfully located and arrested by police on Tuesday afternoon. 

    Police had earlier appealed to the public for assistance in finding Boccamazzo after he allegedly removed his electronic monitoring bracelet about 4.30pm on Sunday.  

    Members of the public were told not to approach the missing man and instead to immediately call police on 131 444. 

    He was described as being about 183cm tall and of slim build with dark hair and a fair complexion. 

    He was known to frequent the Albany, Mt Barker, Cranbrook, Donnybrook, Williams, Fremantle, Mt Pleasant and Jolimont areas.
