Vinícius Júnior, one of Real Madrid’s top players, has sealed his name deeper into UEFA Champions League history after becoming its joint second-highest Brazilian goal scorer.
The 24-year-old attacker now has 30 Champions League goals, drawing level with former AC Milan player Kaká on the all-time list of Brazilian scorers in Europe.
Vinícius, since making his debut in the competition, has played a key role in Madrid’s success, including scoring in the 2022 Champions League final.
At the top of the Brazilian scoring chart, Neymar remains the top scorer, leading with 43 goals, while Rivaldo comes fourth with 27 goals.

Vinícius Júnior, however, has a strong chance of surpassing Kaká and potentially closing the gap on Neymar if his fine scoring form continues in future Champions League campaigns.
The achievement further underlines the player Vinícius Júnior’s growing legacy and his importance to Real Madrid and the bigger European stage.
