    Yesterday, Friday, January 10, 2025, a massive candlelight procession was held to honor the memory of Bright Owusu, affectionately known as C Confion, who tragically passed away recently after a long battle with illness.

    The event, which was reportedly organized by Akabenezer Production, saw an overwhelming turnout of fans and industry players who came to pay their respects to the late actor.

    The procession, which took place at Sepe Buokrom in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, was nothing short of remarkable.

    Many Kumawood stars, especially those who had worked closely with C Confion under Akabenezzer, also known as Dr. Likee, were present to celebrate his life and contribution to the industry.

    Familiar faces like Kyekyeku, Ama Tundra, Shifo, 39/40, Papa Kumasi, Venessa, Sumsum Ahoufe, Koleega, among others, graced the occasion.

    Adding to the star-studded event were several musicians, including the celebrated gospel artist Broda Sammy.

    Fans from all walks of life also joined in the solemn atmosphere, lighting candles and sharing heartfelt tributes.

    The final funeral rites and burial of the actor C Confion who was a rising star in Kumawood is expected to take place today, January 11, 2025, at the Sepe Buokrom Park, starting at 9:00 AM.
