The love story between the late Highlife legend Daddy Lumba and Priscilla Ofori, popularly known as Odo Broni continues to live on.
Even though their chapter as a couple was brought to an unexpected end on July 26, 2025, when Daddy Lumba, born Charles Kwadwo Fosu, passed away at the age of 60 following a brief illness, Odo Broni is still doing everything to keep his memory alive.
Months after a successful one year anniversary, Odo Broni has decided to honour the memory of the man she loved one again.

On what would have been Daddy Lumba’s 62nd birthday, Odo Broni chose to turn the day into an opportunity to bring relief to people going through difficult circumstances.
She was joined by Daddy Lumba’s sister, Faustina Fosu, other family members and friends at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, to extended financial support to patients in need.
She led the group to help settle the medical bills of new mothers who were unable to afford the cost of their care and also provided assistance to patients battling leukemia.
Odo Broni further paid the medical bills of all mothers who delivered their babies at the hospital on September 29, dedicating the gesture to Daddy Lumba’s memory.
She also gave GH¢3,000 each to mothers whose children are battling cancer to assist them with their needs.
Explaining the motivation behind the gesture, Odo Broni connected it to a painful chapter in Daddy Lumba’s own family history.
She recalled that her late mother-in-law, Comfort Ama Saah Gyamfi, battled leukemia before her death and said Daddy Lumba was deeply affected whenever he spoke about his mother.
According to Odo Broni, that experience inspired her decision to support mothers whose children are facing cancer-related challenges.
