Speaking first about the comic sensation Dr. Likee, also known as Ras Nene, Daniel Adeleye recounted their first encounter at a street jam in Bantama.
According to him, during the event, he spotted the raw, untapped potential in Likee and immediately knew he could be a great addition to a film project that the legendary Kwaku Twumasi was spearheading at the time.
He added that eventhough Likee was a novice and there were doubts about how well he would perform, the actor said he personally assured him that they would offer all the support and guidance he needed. That leap of faith, Adeleye hinted, was the beginning of Dr. Likee’s rise into stardom.

The actor also touched on his encounter with Emelia Brobbey, now one of the most respected figures in the Ghanaian entertainment space.
According to Daniel Adeleye, their paths crossed at the funeral of the late Bob Santo somewhere in the Eastern Region. He mentioned that at the time, Emelia Brobbey had a burning desire to break into acting and as a result she kept pestering him during the funeral for an opportunity.
Daniel Adeleye admitted he was initially too busy and distracted by the occasion to pay her much attention, but Emelia’s persistence eventually wore him down, and he decided to help her enter the acting industry, a decision that has obviously paid off tremendously.
As for the beautiful and talented Vivian Jill, Daniel Adeleye shared a rather intriguing story. He revealed that it all started when he saw her maneuvering a car with confidence somewhere around the Amakom area while he was out with a friend.
The “Dabi Dabi” actor indicated that he got struck by her charisma and at the end, he approached her and started a conversation that would eventually lead to her discovery and entry into acting.
