In a surprising and alarming report, BKB CEO David Tetreault has revealed that he has had conversations with Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk, the current undisputed world heavyweight champion, about his possible participation in a BKB event.
David Tetreault said: “It would be great to have Usyk, although for now we don’t know who to face him against, but his participation would elevate us on this new path toward a new world that includes the world of sports and our open-fist contribution, while also seeking an opportunity to compete with other sports.”
This October 18th, BKB will hold its 47th event with “Leeds Brawl II,” featuring a new headliner from former world boxing champion Paulie Malignaggi, who was defeated in his debut by former MMA fighter Artem Lobov in 2019
