LilWin accussed Emelia Brobbery of trying undermine his reputation
Ghanaian actor and filmmaker LilWin has publicly criticised fellow actress Emelia Brobbey following a recent episode of her talk show, Okukuseku, which featured actress Sandra Ababio.
The discussion, which explored Sandra’s career journey and her professional relationship with LilWin, included some questions that the actor did not take kindly to.
In a TikTok Live session, LilWin accused Emelia of disrespect and hypocrisy, expressing frustration over what he described as “useless questions” about his relationship with Sandra, particularly one asking whether she regretted their professional association.
“You are sitting there talking down on me, asking useless questions about us. Trying to spoil my name. You’re a pretender!” he fumed.

He also recounted an incident from years ago, claiming he had to intervene during a standoff between Emelia and Sandra on a movie set.
“The first time I was on set with both of them, Sandra was new in the movie industry. She was in the changing room, and Emelia came in and asked her to get out. Sandra insulted her in response.
“I had to calm Sandra down and told her that there are seniors in the industry, so she should be calm,” he said.
LilWin further reminded Emelia of past criticisms she had made about his career.
“When I started acting, you mocked me. Now you’re talking about my business?” he said.
Highlighting his dedication to his craft, LilWin noted his recent efforts to promote his upcoming film.
“I am travelling across the country. I’ve been in Sunyani, paying for things, trying to push this movie. Yet, you people will not see that one,” he added.
Meanwhile, Sandra Ababio’s appearance on Okukuseku painted a largely positive picture of her relationship with LilWin. She credited him for mentoring her in both acting and real estate, and stated that she would “choose the same journey again” if given the chance.
Her remarks stand in contrast to the controversy stirred by Emelia’s line of questioning, which LilWin interpreted as an attempt to undermine his reputation.
