“Pot Four is Ghana. They are always a good team, probably better than being a Pot Four team, but still a very good team,” he said on Fox Soccer.
Donovan went on to list his dark horses from the remaining three pots, naming Norway and Morocco among the countries that could surprise the football world at the Mundial.
“My dark horses in each pot? Pot One is the United States, Pot Two I will say Morocco, Pot Three Norway. They are really a Pot Two team, and they are at the top of Pot Three,” he added.
The Black Stars booked their place at the Mundial with an impressive performance, topping their group to secure qualification.
