In a heartwarming display, a US-based Nigerian woman surprises her daughter at school after two years apart.

In the caption, the mother @mihames_empire stated she arrived at the school to surprise her daughter, who wasn’t aware of her arrival after 2 years apart.

The woman chose to stand behind her daughter while a relative took a picture of them to create a sentimental moment during the school event. Unknowing to the girl, her mother stood behind her while she posed on the seat.

    The mother wrote,

“Very emotional moment. I feel bad she had to cry that much seeing me”.

The young girl was startled after discovering her mum in the picture, leading to an emotional moment. The mother and daughter burst into tears as they embraced each other, ending two years of longing.

The mother-daughter reunion evoked strong feelings given the years of physical separation and extended absence.
