Flying Officer Asiwome Dzakuma of United Airlines, a native of Peki-Blengo, has shared an inspiring message for the youth, emphasising the importance of education, discipline and perseverance.
In a video shared on social media, Dzakuma, who recently flew from Washington, DC, to Atlanta, opened up about his journey and the values that have shaped his life and career.
The video, which appears to be part of a casual conversation, captures the pilot offering guidance to young people, especially those in his hometown.
Dzakuma recounted his formative years, noting that he attended Bishop Hemang College, where he laid the foundation for his academic and professional success.
He encouraged parents particularly Ewe communities, to continue investing in their children’s education.
