Uncle who refused to show up when his relative was s!ck, spends 5M on his burialUncle who refused to show up when his relative was s!ck, spends 5M on his burial

An uncle whose s!ck-relative had reached out to for financial assistance, shows up after the relative had passed, to give him a grand burial.

According to the post, shared on X by @Mikeliberation, A boy who was bedridden for three months, had reached out to his wealthy uncle for assistance.

Each time he called, the Uncle will make a promise that never shows up.

S@dly, the boy p@ssed away and was bur!ed.

It was at that moment that this uncle of his showed up; built a VIP tent for the burial and bought two cows for the family. Spending nothing less than 5 Million Naira, in comparison to the 900,000 Naira that the boy needed for his medical treatment.

“What’s the value of a grand bur!al .. when you couldn’t help him stay alive?”, the story teller asked.

Below were some of the online reactions:

@gurl_lambo I don’t think that his uncle’s more is pure, most of them make money but they can’t spend it on family because that is the law of their coven.

@SweetMoMdee I think part of what happens is many think the situation is exaggerated or a lie to extort money. Many underestimate how truly s!ck the person is and take their chances on the person bouncing back. You can’t fake de@th though. By the way I don’t behave like this so I have no way of really knowing that motivates such behavior but it’s very common.

@RaphaelAdumekwe This is a pathetic truth found seen in many of our customs.. the only time people can find help is in their de@th. Very b@d.

@Armanixchange This is nothing short of w!ck3dness. And happens in a lot of families
