At least two people are dead after two planes shockingly collided at Arizona‘s Marana Airport on Wednesday morning.
Images circulating social media showed black smoke over the airport, with reports indicating both planes were occupied when they collided.
It is unclear how the victim lost their lives nor what the cause of the collision was.
It comes just days after a Delta plane crash landed in Toronto and flipped upside down, causing several serious injuries but no deaths.
The repeat crashes are the latest in a string of aviation disasters that have plagued the US in recent weeks, including one of the worst in recent US history when 67 people died in a horror crash over Reagan National Airport last month.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) are investigating the crash.
This is a developing story and will be updated as details are confirmed. DailyMail.com has contacted Marana Airport and authorities for further details.
