An official in Donald Trump‘s Justice Department has suggested Jill Biden could face criminal charges for ‘elder abuse’ over her alleged role in covering up Joe Biden‘s health crisis.
‘Elder Abuse! Criminal Charges??’ Leo Terrell, who works in the Justice Department’s civil rights division, wrote in a bombshell post on social media.
He also shared another post featuring a photograph of Dr. Jill Biden sitting at the president’s desk on Air Force One.
‘She knew about President Biden’s health problems. But still wanted him to run for President. Evil,’ the shared message read.
Terrell, who is senior counsel to the assistant attorney general and a former Fox News contributor, was posting on his personal X account.
He also published supportive messages he received in response.
‘Elder abuse is a form of domestic violence and Dr. Biden has a lot of explaining to do about her part in defrauding the American people and taxpayers,’ wrote one supporter who Terrell reposted. ‘I would never wish Joe Biden physical harm despite my personal political views; too bad his own family compromised his wellbeing.’
The president’s wife was the target of most of the criticism.

‘His medical team should have caught this years ago! Shame on Jill & all who turned their heads & ignored this!’ wrote another supporter reposted by Terrell.
‘Imagine if you will, a woman so power hungry and evil that she would submit her husband, suffering w/ dementia to ridicule, jokes, and humiliation,’ read another image reposted by Terrell.
‘She is GREEDY,’ another Terrell follower wrote. ‘She wanted the prestige. I’m sure someone paid her well, you know a slush fund. Someone knew he would be able to call the shots, hmmm 3rd term.’
‘Yes, she allowed him, her husband who she should be concerned about especially with the stress of cancer and allowed millions of people to come into the country,’ another reposted message read.
‘It’s always the cover-up! Americans do not like liars!’ Terrell added.

Terrell’s post is the latest example of MAGA supporters of President Donald Trump questioning the timing of Biden’s shock cancer diagnosis on Sunday, revealing that he had prostate cancer that had metastasized.
On Monday, Donald Trump Jr. raised serious concerns of an official coverup by the Biden family.
‘What I want to know is how did Dr. Jill Biden miss stage five metastatic cancer or is this yet another coverup???’ the president’s son wrote on X.
He shared an observation from a doctor that prostate cancer was easy to diagnose, and that it typically took 5 to 7 years of treatment before it metastasized.

‘Joe says he had cancer 2 years ago and everyone said it’s a gaffe,’ he wrote on X. ‘When he clearly had dementia, everyone said he’s lucid. Now that he’s no longer useful they’re all shocked that they missed it.’
Trump Jr. shared an old video of Biden delivering a speech in 2022 in which he spoke about environmental pollution and concluded, ‘that’s why I, and so damn many other people I grew up with, have cancer.’
