The Chief Executive Officer of the GNPC Foundation, Dr. Dominic Eduah, and executives from Ghana’s leading sports infrastructure firm, Blaze Investment, have commissioned the much-anticipated Tolon mini stadium.

The facility, financed by the GNPC Foundation, is an initiative of the Member of Parliament for the Tolon Constituency, Habib Iddrisu.

The mini stadium, constructed by Blaze Investment, features a 75m x 110m FIFA-standard artificial turf, spectator stands, VIP lounge, changing rooms, floodlights, washrooms, and other things.

Dr. Dominic Eduah, CEO of the GNPC Foundation, praised the Member of Parliament, Hon. Habib Iddrisu, and Blaze Investment, describing the Tulon facility as the best financed by GNPC.

“I commend your Member of Parliament for the efforts he put into getting us to sponsor this project. This is the first time we have financed a project with spectator stands, changing rooms, and a VIP lounge. This is the best we have done.”

Some residents also shared their excitement about the facility, commanding the lawmaker for his efforts in developing the area.

CEO of Blaze Investment, Alhaji Salifu Sinkare, touted the work he’s done as one of the best in the country. In his engagement with the media, he encouraged the managers of the facility to be conscious of the maintenance manual to ensure the facility lives its full lifespan.
