A 14-year-old girl has allegedly been sexually assaulted by three Scots College boys in an alleyway in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

The alleged sexual assault took place on July 22, with the three teenage boys arrested on Thursday.

Two of the boys, aged 13 and 14, were charged with aggravated sexual assault in the company of others, and two counts of aggravated sexual touching of another person.

Another boy, 14, was charged with a single count each of the same offences.

They were granted strict conditional bail to appear before a children’s court on August 25.

It comes as police revealed they had located and seized a number of electronic devices during search warrants on Thursday morning.

‘Police also seized two replica firearms, a Glock style BB gun, three laser pointers and a number plate – believed to have been allegedly stolen – from one of the homes,’ a NSW Police spokesperson said.

‘All of these items will also undergo forensic examination.’

The news comes less than 24 hours after Scots College announced it would be postponing its annual ‘Giving Day’ on Thursday.

‘In light of the news affecting our College community this week, Giving Day has been postponed to Monday 17 August,’ the school posted on Facebook on Wednesday evening.

‘Thank you for your understanding and support. We look forward to coming together on Monday.’

Scots College is Sydney’s most expensive private school, with Year 12 fees costing over $50,000 a year.

The Daily Mail has contacted the school for comment.
