The Ghana Football Association has slapped disciplinary charges on three clubs for breaching pre-match briefing rule after matchday 2 of the ongoing Ghana Premier League season.

Techiman Eleven Wonders FC, Nations FC, and Young Apostles FC have been accused of breaching Article 38(8)(a) of the Ghana Premier League Regulations, 2025, following their respective matchday 2 fixtures over the weekend.

These clubs failed to conduct GFA’s mandatory pre-match briefing for their head coaches, a crucial procedural step designed to ensure alignment on matchday logistics, player welfare, and officiating guidelines ahead of kickoff.

The GFA statement read, “Techiman Eleven Wonders, Nations FC and Young Apostles FC have all been charged with a breach of Article 38(8)(a) of the Ghana Premier League Regulations, 2025, following their Matchday 2 fixtures of the Ghana Premier League.”

“The Clubs are alleged to have failed to organise the mandatory pre-match briefing for their head coaches ahead of their respective games over the weekend. They have until Wednesday, September 24, 2025, to respond to the charges,” it concluded.
