A young lady has drawn massive attention online after sharing a video of her disappointing salon experience, one that has sparked both laughter and sympathy.

In the viral clip, she revealed the exact hairstyle she wanted, showing a clear and trendy inspo photo that had been given to her hairstylist ahead of time.

However, what she got in return was far from expected. The final result was a hideous version of the original style, so poorly executed that many viewers doubted whether the stylist had even seen the reference photo.

Some viewers claimed the poor outcome was due to her natural hair texture, claiming the hair might have been too ambitious for her unrelaxed hair.

@Leray🙂‍↕️💕 Loves let’s be very honest, her hair is natural and besides it’s soo full so there was no way she could achieve that results. Some hair styles are mainly meant for permed hairs and you all can attest that wool is way heavier than ultra😘by the way you look good😭😂

@Errn Ardam ✢ ✶ Is the same when you go home just iron it

@joviieerr Give the hair time to think It needs it’s privacy pleaaassseee😭😭😭
