A university student shared her lecturer’s comment after she forgot to remove an AI tag from her class assignment of 80 marks.

After a sentence demonstrating the use of an AI tool, the student @koketsoi uploaded a photograph of her project, showing her lecturer’s comment.

The phrase “Tell me if you require any modifications” suggests that Chat GPT was used to generate the assignment responses.

“Yioh guys atleast she didn’t give me zero😭😭No she gave me 73% other part of the assignment was calculations 😭🤣🤣”

The lecturer affirmed that the last line was an obvious instance of cut-and-paste from an AI tool.

Despite using Chat GPT, the lady attested that she did not forfeit her 80 marks but was graded 73 because the majority were calculations.

    Below are some reactions,

@Ammie🥺❤️ I’d never forget when I made this mistake by email. I nearly lost it😭 and it was for a test😭
