Kennedy Agyapong, a flagbearer hopeful of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has declared that no individual has the power to render him financially broke.
Speaking on a recent episode of the Konnected Minds Podcast, the outspoken businessman and former Member of Parliament for Assin Central shared personal insights into his mindset, entrepreneurial journey, and resilience.
“There is nobody on earth that can make me broke, you know why? Because even if you put me anywhere, I can sleep. I don’t think I have gotten to the point where I cannot come down. I can go to any level and start life again,” he said.
He revealed that, like many entrepreneurs, he has faced setbacks but has always managed to bounce back.
“One day, that my friend, Sulley Muntari, ‘Honourable, have you failed in business before?’ I said yes, I have failed a couple of times, but that did not deter me from surviving,” he said.
According to Agyapong, failure is not the end but a stepping stone to growth.
“Look, life is never going to be smooth like that. And when you fail and rise, or fall and rise, that is when you become mature. You become more experienced,” he added.
Kennedy is currently campaigning to lead the party into the 2028 general elections.
